We’re the Exploration Club. In a dream, a god asked us for a favor, so we ended up helping revitalize this otherworldly island—Harem Island—turning it into a bustling tourist destination packed with visitors. Exotic plants we’ve never seen before, beautiful older women living on the island… If we work hard, maybe we can really liven this place up. But… “Will we actually be able to go home?” Everything happened so suddenly that we were overwhelmed with anxiety. In my panic, I ended up clinging to the boy I’ve had a one-sided crush on. But I can’t hold these feelings back anymore! I’ve wanted to say it for so long… “I love you!” A club with one guy and three girls drifts across the vast ocean and washes ashore on a southern island where 99% of the population are women—“Harem Island.”

Idk what the hell you're talking about because this has clearly been outsourced to Magin label and is not done directly by Collaboration works themselves (looks like they just published it under their studio's name) ...Sadly enough. Because I do prefer CW's animation style over Magin label.
